But because of this goofy dog I no longer have any friends or company coming over to my house, even my husband and kids don't like here any more [oh well!]

The reason is because she sheds so much hair that my house is literally covered with it, and I mean covered - there is dog hair all over my couch and chairs, my television, my stereo, my computer, my dishes, my counters etc. etc.......

It doesn't particularily phase me, actually the way I see it is if they don't like my dog or her dog hair they can stay away. Although I do brush her, she seems to shed 24 hours a day 7 days a week and 365 days a year, it is totally unreal. I had always said after I had my 14 year old black lab put to sleep that the next animal that I would get would be a non-shedding animal and here I wind up with this over-grown, constantly she gets all jealous and wants me all to herself, she even tries to open the bathroom door when I'm in there. If anybody comes near me she gets right inbetween me and the other person and she dosen't care who it is...... she just butts her way [literally] right in between...

I would get her a companion but she goes bezerk when there is another animal in the house. She'd just plain nibble them to death.

Yes indeedie she is one crazy sibe and I guess I am stuck with her [and she's stuck with me]. My life has not been the same since that day 4 [almost 5 now] years ago when I got her and I wouldn't change it now for all the money in the world, she's just a joy!!!!!
