It's called potato chipping.

Your first Husky won your heart with a swish of her tail and her "I'll only be a little bit of trouble, I promise" looks.  She quickly turned your household upside down and ruled it with an iron paw, sending you to work with two coats - the one you put on and the furry one that settled on top.  She drove you to distraction with long nights spent searching the streets after her latest escape, and yet she also showed you that you could live life with energy and spirit and adventure, and above all with unconditional love.

So things are back to normal now, the neighbours still don't talk to you since your Sibe dug all those creaters in their lawn last Winter, but that's okay. You've fortified the garden gate, bought the dogmobile instead of the roadster, given up wearing black and now sit on the floor to watch TV because she prefers the couch.

Before long your mind wanders to thoughts of getting another Sibe. There's the trip to the Husky rescue shelter, those happy wagging tails and those piercing eyes. And all of them saying softly to you "I'll only be a little bit of trouble, I promise..."

One is never enough, and this section, then, is for you: The Siberian Husky Community, and all the things you do with your dogs.  Here's to collecting the set!
